New Motion Structure

Unlike traditional resin 3D printers, HALOT-X1 introduces a new top-down movable optical system. The dynamic optical module and resin vat move from top to bottom, while the build plate remains stationary. This innovative approach significantly improves printing stability and accuracy. Dual linear rails & dual lead screws enhance the stability and precision of Z-axis movement throughout the printing process.

No More Scraping: Just a Twist to Quick Remove Models

No more worrying about damaging delicate prints by manually scraping models. Simply twist the handles on either side of the build plate bracket to pop out the quick-release bar, then easily push the finished models off.

92 Light Zones Intelligent Exposure

The HALOT-X1 incorporates Advanced Intelligent Zoning Technology to partition the display into 92 discrete zones. By precisely activating the light source exclusively in areas requiring exposure control, this innovative system effectively prevents screen overexposure while prolonging the display’s operational lifespan.

Chamber Heat Circulation

With its intelligent chamber heat circulation design, you can experience improved print quality and consistency. During printing, the heat from the light board is effectively transferred to the chamber, ensuring heat dissipation while maintaining the ambient temperature.

Intelligent AFU Resin Management System

The HALOT-X1 simplifies resin handling with an automated and intelligent resin management system for seamless and efficient workflow.

• Automatic Resin Feeding & Recycling

The laser dynamic detection system monitors resin levels in real-time. It automatically feeds in a low liquid level state and stops feeding in a high liquid level state. After printing is complete, the device automatically recycles the leftover resin.

• Resin Heating

The fast heating function heats resin to 30~45℃ within 3 minutes and allows for manual temperature adjustment. This effectively reduces resin viscosity and enhances printing quality and success rate in low-temperature environments. The heating module is positioned near the bottle opening for more even and efficient heating before the resin reaches the vat.

• RFID Tag Identification

Each HALOT official resin bottle has an RFID tag at the bottom. After placing the resin bottle in the feeding module, the module automatically reads the tag and retrieves the corresponding print parameter package from the cloud, eliminating manual configuration.

• Real-Time Resin Weight Monitoring

Automatically weighs and detects the remaining weight of resin bottles in real time.

User Friendly Design

• Automatic Release of Build Platform

Once printing is complete, the system automatically releases the build platform through the linkage mechanism, making removing the platform and printed model convenient. For added convenience, a resin tray is included to prevent resin from dripping onto the front of the resin VAT. This ensures faster and cleaner removal of printed models above the resin vat.

• LCD Screen Protector

A protective film protects the LCD screen to prevent scratches, resin leakage and damage.

• Handy Resin VAT Latch

A simple swing to lock or release the resin VAT for quick maintenance and resin vat cleaning. The brand-new composite high-temp NACF release film outperforms ACF films with an extended lifespan, higher temperature resistance, and lower release force.

• One-Click Printing

When using the official resin, the preset parameter package will be automatically selected. The printing parameters need not be adjusted manually; printing starts with one click.
